One of my favorite frozen pizzas from @traderjoes is the truffle mushroom flatbread, so I decided to make my own! I used Trader Joe’s whole wheat lavash flatbread, sliced mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms and baby spinach, drizzled with truffle oil 😍😍😍
