Cashew Coconut Energy Balls

I make my cashew milk every week or so and I’m constantly looking for ways to use the leftover pulp. These decadent bites loaded with healthy fats and protein are my newest experiment and boy are they delicious. Putting Ideas Into Action

Welcome to The Goody Bagg and my very first blog post! For those who may have stumbled upon me, let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Megan Bagg, I’m 27 years old from the beautiful Olympic village of Lake Placid, New York. Growing up in a small town can sometimes shelter a person, but I used that as motivation to see as much of the world as possible and create more opportunities for myself. So here I am, living in New York City trying to balance a full-time career, my love for food and fitness, all while (kind of) maintaining my sanity.
